Dinner with the ladies, part deux

A few weeks back, went out with a group of lady friends for a dinner cum catch-up. Had another tonight. But unlike last time, this time I knew about it well in advance.

Also, instead of four ladies, this time it's five. In case anyone is wondering, yes, it's approved by wifey. =)

It's a dinner cum birthdays celebration this time, just without the birthday cake or birthday song. Okay okay, really just a dinner where we treated the two birthday aunties er... girls.

Ultrasound scans of a dragon boy was passed around, most of us probably couldn't figure out what we were looking at without some explanation. =P Heard the ladies talked about planner's woes, who to and not to work with, and someone who wants it* in the morning, afternoon, and evening. That reminded me about Mr Harimau, hari hari mahu. =P

Five ladies and a guy consumed two 12" pizzas, two 9" pizzas, eight wings, and two jugs of juice. I am stuffed. Again. I am not sure if this is a trend. -_-

I guess I am probably banned from any future invitation now that I have disclosed their consumption prowess. Else I think the next dinner with them will be with six ladies, there will be pizza, and I am gonna get stuffed, again. =P

On a totally unrelated note:

Wifey said she likes my legs, minus the hair, and if hers were like mine she would be wearing short skirt and showing off the legs.

I don't know if I should be proud or what?

Got myself a drake!

Reputation grind is a pain in World of Warcraft, but for this baby, I endured and prevailed.

My Alliance mage became my first character to have a Netherwing Drake. Not sure if I am going to go through the grind again for the others.

Feeling Shaky?

Earthquake near Aceh, Indonesia, in the evening caused our condominium to shake.

I didn't feel it but wifey did, she asked me whether the building was shaking when it happened. I am just so insensitive that even when we were watching the hung bananas swaying I still couldn't feel it. 0_o

Soon after our neighbour informed us that a tsunami alert was issued so we moved our vehicles to the roof top parking area and filled up pails and buckets with water.

Just in case.

From BBC news we gathered that the earthquake was 8.5 in magnitude, initially reported to be slightly higher, and experts believe it will not cause a tsunami.

Well, let's hope not.

Darn those colleagues who planted that notion into my head! Now my curiosity is piqued and instead of admiring the nice long hair and the friendly smile, I wonder about the other anatomy of Miss Nicehair.

Feel so... defiled. Dammit!

It's rather heartwrenching to see Hsiang sad and misreable when grandparents or grandparents-in-law left after a brief stay with us.

Poor boy, cried when grandpa left a few days ago because he missed him.

Indifferent, it's life as usual for Young. Wifey said Hsiang is a sentimental fool.

Just like his dad.
