Fed up

Don't think this is burn out, but I am definitely fed up with continuously working overtime.

Working overtime way too often, and for way too long.

I like the scope of my job, but I am definitely not liking the project management style, the frequent change in direction, and the insufficient time allocated for proper assessment.

I am starting to feel like I can do without this kind of stress, that I am too old for this shit.

Grumpy old man, yes I am.
