Random Thoughts

Prayers

Let's all say a little prayers for the Japanese.

Given their calm and orderly response to the devastating earthquake, where people helping each other, companies giving out free water and food, shelter, you know this nation is going to pull through with as minimal as possible an impact.

My sincere respect to the Japanese standard.

Home Alone

March 2011 episode.

School holiday so wifey and the two kings are heading to the in-laws'.

Provider/slave is left alone, I suppose it's a kind of a break where I can get better sleep.

Though at the cost of being alone.

Oh well, enter the cave.

Sweet Stuff

Recently, among my friends:

Two baby girls were born. Woot, bunny girls!

Two friends found their partner and are in a relationship, all the best to them and hope it works out for them.

Munchkin

Can't quite remember the exact, but it's something like a level 10 female dwarf with no class who won the first ever (my deck) full six players game of Munchkin.

And I was that player, muahahahaha! =P

Two wins out of seven games so far, still behind the leading player who belted three wins out of seven.

Game on!

Does not Compute!

It's cheaper to buy a new shaving razor which comes with a shaving cartridge than to buy the replacement cartridges, on a per cartridge comparison.

Go figure.

WoW

World of Warcraft is a changed world with the latest Cataclysm expansion.

No I didn't get Cataclysm, I don't even have Wrath of the Lich King expansion.

I just got seven days free game time, Blizzard has smart commercial team that knows it's cheaper to retain existing customers than to get new ones.

Not that they have a lack of customers, mind you.

12 million subscribers as of October 2010, that's just insane!

But yea, it's THAT good. =)
